Our Preventive Maintenance Program helps keep your appliances running efficiently, lowers energy use, and catches problems before they become major. From refrigerators to washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, our certified technicians provide detailed, appliance-specific care. If any issues are found during the visit, we’ll let you know and offer repair services upon request.
Refrigerator:
Clean condenser coils, check system for refrigerant leaks, inspect water inlet valve, check water filter for damage/ replace filter, level unit to proper pitch, inspect door gasket on fresh food and freezer doors, check drain line for debris, check the frost pattern, test defrost cycle operations (if applicable), test thermostat and air dampers (if applicable), inspect ice maker for separation and for proper operations, disinfect ice maker tray, check water lines on and to the unit for leaks
Washer:
Inspect fill hoses for leaks and rust, inspect door gasket for buildup and tears, inspect spin and agitation function, examine motor for proper operation, check controls, inspect pump for correct operations, clean hair lint filter on front loader, clean out drain pump (if needed), inspect belt for wear, examine electrical system, level the machine, inspect drain hose for leaks, inspect unit for leaks
Dryer:
Remove buildup of lint inside of the unit, inspect idler pulley and belt for wear, check drum rollers for wear, inspect internal wiring, verify proper heating operations, check unit for air leaks, test thermostat operations, check gas components (if applicable), inspect drum seals, check motor operations and centrifugal switch, inspect thermal cut offs and safety devices, check moisture bar (for auto dry functions), level the unit, test timer for proper operations, inspect and clean lint from external exhaust system.
Oven:
Check temperature for accuracy, inspect wiring and cord connection, examine door gasket, adjust clock or timer if needed, test bake and broil elements for proper operation, check gas unit for leaks, inspect cooktop burners, level the unit, if necessary, inspect self-lock mechanism (if applicable), check thermocouple on gas units, check ignition system, test electronic controls.
Dishwasher:
Check the water inlet valve, inspect water line for leaks, test drain pump operations (Clean if necessary), test washer motor (Clean if necessary), test spray arms, check roller devices, inspect heating element (if applicable), check dispenser, examine unit for mineral build up, clean filter, inspect electrical system, test controls, inspect door gasket for proper seal.
