Washers:

electronic issues

"Washer will stop mid-cycle, or will not start at all"

If your washer will not start, this could be due to a faulty power supply, a broken door latch or lid switch, malfunctioning motor, or issues with the timer or control board.

motor

"Washer is excessively shaking or vibrating or not spinning at all"

A washer that doesn’t spin or agitate can be caused by a broken drive belt, malfunctioning motor, or issues with the timer or lid switch. A washer that is shaking excessively, may be caused by an unbalanced load, worn-out suspension springs, or leveling feet being uneven

drain pump

"Washer won't drain or is leaking water"

A washer not draining could be due to a clogged drain hose, a blocked pump, or issues with the water pump motor itself. Leaks can be caused by a damaged door seal, cracked hose, or an overfilled washer.

Dryers:

terminal block, installation

"Dryer will not turn on or off"

A dryer that won’t start or won't shut off could be due to a faulty power cord, circuit breaker, door switch, or thermal fuse/thermostats.

dryer

"Dryer is not heating"

If your dryer isn’t heating, it could be due to a broken heating element, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a blown thermal fuse

clogged vents

"Dryer is taking longer than usual to dry"

A dryer that seems to be taking longer than normal to dry could be due to faulty moisture sensors and/or clogged ventilation. We offer dryer vent cleaning at a flat rate of $99.00!
